A sound programme of physical education
helps a child develop a strong and
healthy body and provides him with
a valuable recreation. All students
are encouraged to take part in team
games as well as excel in individual
games. Games are arranged separately
for boy and girls under the supervision
of qualified P.E. Instructors and
Coaches. Recreational games are provided
for LKG to class II.

The
school has well-laid out fields for
Hockey, football, Basketball, Cricket,
Athletics, Volley ball, Croquet, Skating,
Badminton, Table Tennis and a 25 M
* 10 M Swimming pool. The children
also participate in cross-country
which is compulsory from Class IV
onwards. Inter-House competitions
are held for all games. Besides these
Aerobics, Gymnastics and Yoga training
is imparted.

Co-curricular activities also
form an integral part of school's
educational programme and inter-house
competitions are held for various
activities viz. Elocution, poetry
recitation, declamation, debate,
story telling, spelling bee,
article writing etc. In both
English and Hindi at different
levels. Participation in such
activities contributes to the
enhancement of the student's
personality. |
All
students are encouraged to participate
in out door activities. Groups
of 15-20 students are sent out
to the hills escorted by staff
members. This offers them an
excellent opportunity to develop
a spirit of adventure and discovery
and an understanding of the
importance of working together
in a team with a common purpose.
Besides these expeditions the
school sends children on educational
tours and cycling expeditions.
The school is also a member
of the Duke of Edinburgh Award
Scheme. |

The
school offers a variety of hobbies at no extra cost and
encourages every student to spend his/her leisure in pursuing
a hobby. These activities provide a creative outlet for
energy and talent of the growing children. The main activities
provided in the school are Art & Craft, Painting,
Batik work, Tie & Dye.
